Teach me to dance,
Wrap your arms around me,
Holding me close,
Protecting me from this hoax.
Show me the steps,
You lead,
I'll follow.
But go slow,
I'm new at this,
It's a little scary.
But I'm willing,
If you teach me,
You alone.
Sure,
I've moved to music before.
But teach me the flow.
Show me,
How to get lost,
In the music,
In your eyes.
Teach me to dance,
Wrap your arms around me,
Holding me close,
Whispering words of hope.
Teach me,
You alone.
