Noon to seven pm
My world was filled with darkness
My mind made its own light
All the worries disappeared
Dreams replaced my anxious thoughts
I was in a world of all my own
Only to wake with blayze’s whimper
Move over a little
Then my body shuts down once again

Sleep was my only escape
I was gone to the world
Captured within my own mind
Bliss filled every space
My pain didn’t exist
Everything was free and happy
Nothing mattered other than rest

Closed my eyes
Embraced the dark
Heart beat slowed
Body relaxed
Then came
The blissful sleep
