when i was younger
and perhaps wiser
i used to think love was
easy.
i thought it was one magic moment
with one magic boy
and then forever.
but now
there's a girl here
(oceanice eyes and snapping wit)
and a girl back there
(sweet as summer honey)
and a girl in-between
(dark like midnight, warm like home)
and maybe a magic boy somewhere
but i'm not sure i want to
find
him.
