I look up at the sky
Only thinking of escaping
But stuck on why
This world is mine
Its in my palm
But never knowing why
They all say I can do what I want
But all I really want is to run away
So what’s the problem?
I don’t know how
I don’t want this world
I don’t want what it has to offer
I just want to escape the pain
Never again wanting to look back
Just wanting to look ahead
At all there is to discover
And find a way to be for ever free
