the plane fusses like a baby
bouncing roughly over the clouds
until she gets her way.
climbing higher,
she finds rest
and glides.
snoring,
she is lost in her dreams,
twitching occasionally
to remind us she is alive.

there is a blinding bird's-eye view
with tender clouds that promise to hold me
a wailing child that just wants your car keys

give him your damn car keys

the man with the shiny head that stares
songs in my ear bring you back to me

mild turbulence tickles

waving to the small boy down there

I promise I can see the small boy

An interesting analogy. It works well. Great imagery. Loved it. Well-written. 5 stars. Would you comment on Delusional Dream and The Warmth of Life?
