I know my favorite color,
I know my favorite song,
I know my favorite food,
I know that I am strong.

I know my dreams,
I know what I want,
I know I’m smart,
But I don’t know a lot.

I don’t know my fears,
I don’t know my worries,
I don’t know my tears,
I don’t know why I hurry.

I don’t know my truths,
I don’t know my lies,
I don’t know my youth,
I don’t know my cries.

I know a lot,
But I don’t know anything,
I know where I’ve been,
But I don’t know who I am,
I know about me,
But I’ve yet to know me,
Will I ever?
I don’t know,
Because I don’t know anything,
But I know a lot.
