Sometimes the bully isn’t the captain of the cheerleaders or the girl who for some reason has it out for only you; sometimes the worst bully of them all is you.- Karles_Ivy

They cry for everything
I cannot understand them
Sometimes they make me
Want to rip my hair our,
My annoying sisters

They laugh so shrilly
Make time fly quick
Sometimes it’s as if they
Live in their own world,
My crazy sisters

They don’t know what’s happening
My parents are always fighting
I have to tell them many lies
To keep the nightmares away,
My terrified sisters

They cry all the time now
And always turn to me
Divorce, cheats, and lies
Have ripped them apart,
My broken sisters

They are slowly healing
I am their big sister
I will protect and serve them
For the rest of my life,
My baby sisters

During the time of my parents' divorce I had to grow up fast. This poem shows how I'm growing because it's showing how I'm viewing my sisters differently over time.
