So I suppose my simple advice is: Love your life. I only say that because your life is what you have to give.
-Tom Hiddleston

The clock tells them it’s two minutes away
They sit impatiently on this last day
The atmosphere rises and swells
As the teacher wishes them her last farewells
The sun outside sparkles and beckons
As eleven students count down the seconds
They sit still and hold their breath
The classroom is as quiet as death
The tension seems to stretch and climb
Then suddenly, the school bell rings one last time

Cheers erupt everywhere
The children run and stampede down the stairs
Homework papers rain from the sky
Paper airplanes let loose and fly
Everywhere there is laughter and shouts
“Yay! Hurray! School is out!”
