Favorite Quote:
Let your smile change the world, don't let the world change your smile.

The green of my shell glistens on the water,
This is where i hide.
I burrow down in the sand or take a swim in the sea,
Because here i'm just myself.

When i feel threatened i go inside my shell,
I close myself from the world.
I'll stay there until they leave,
Only then will i be safe.

The sound of waves crashing comforts me,
Almost as hiding helps me be safe.
If i was to ever lose my shell,
I might just wither away.

On the outside I'm a lion,
But inside there's a turtle in me.

I love this poem. It sounds so honest!
