The NIght Sky
When I look up at the sky on a starry night
I see more than a myriad of stars
In each glowing star
There is more than meets the eye
The golden stars hold
Laughter, joy, love, happiness
They hold the cherished memories
Of those who can see their magic
When I look up I see family
My brother driving the old Barbie car
My dad spray painted camouflage for him
My sister and I at a concert with our aunt
My mom snapping pictures of us underwater
I see all of the firsts,
Our first days of school
Our first plane ride
Our first snow
All in the stars
