Give me your hand
And I will give you my heart.

Give me your heart
And I will give you my hand.

Give me your smile
And I will give you my laugh.

Give me your laugh
And I will give you my enduring smile.

Give me your eyes
And I will show you great things.

Show me great things
And I will never look away.

Give me your ears
And you will know of my love.

Give me your body
And we will make sweet music.

Give me your words
And I will eat them.

Give me your thoughts
And I will turn them into words.

Give me laughing,
Give me dancing,
Give me singing
and give me adventure.

Give me all of it.

Give me the good times,
Give me the bad times.
Give me times of peace.
Give me times of fight.

Let us love each other
With all of our might.

Give me your loyalty
Give me your honesty
Give me your lovey dovey mushy poetry.

Give me your always.
Give me your forever.

Make me your love,
Make me your lover,
Make me your dearling.

Always and Forever.

Well written, though I would have liked to see more of what the narrator would give back in return. Very sweet. Keep writing.

When you compare the sorrows of real life to the pleasures of the imaginary one, you will never want to live again, only to dream forever.

This is amazing! It's so refreshing to see a love poem written by a guy. Check out my work? c:

At first, I read this because I was interested to read a mushy love poem written by a guy---please don't be offended, it's just in my experience, most who write of love generally are women. But I found this piece to be sweet and sentimental. It made me smile:)

This poem is so sweet and I loved how you added "Give me your lovey dovey mushy poetry." Which of course made you sound like an average guy. I really loved the poem. Pleade check out my work.

If you did, then sweetie, you

that's behind them." -Anonymous

I really enjoyed your repetition (: It made the poem more intense & understanding. Keep writing !!
