Stillness to the Silence
Sometimes life is long
Sometimes life is rough
Sometimes life can't handle
Or tell when enough is enough
I sometimes feel
Like I need to be awaiting
An action feeling or saying
A need to be celebrating
But life can't work this way
Or at least it doesn't have to
When you look up its open sky
Sitting waiting for only you
For you to take that leap
And soar up into the air
Have your problems stay on ground
And let them be kept there
The world was made with much much space
Too far for the eye to see
Endless out yes but still more up
Simply awaiting you and me
And once up there we hope to find
What we cannot get down here
The feeling of the true peace
Untarnished simple without fear
A place unhurt by mans own making
A place filled with none but raw desire
A place with an empty hearth awaiting
A place hoping for a warming fire
Not a fire filled with rage
No terror to be sought
For in this place of endless looks
Evil shall be naught
So let me ask you now
Do you know of this place so high
That even the tallest mountain cannot elude her
It’s simple to be the sky
