Favorite Quote:
"Every flower must grow through dirt."

Can’t the sun rise any faster?
Provide a lit path to follow,
shed some light on reality,
let the beautiful flowers bloom.

This darkness must be cast away,
can’t the sun rise any faster?
Reveal the secret of what lies
ahead, what lies before us?

Frozen in place, immobilized
by all that’s unknown in the night.
Can’t the sun rise any faster?
Warm the thoughts about what’s obscure.

Yet once it has risen above,
it will be time for it to fall.
What is it that makes us ask ‘why
can’t the sun rise any faster?’
