I Can't Write A Poem
January 5, 2012
I can't write a poem,
My hands won't dare touch,
That clean sheet of paper,
Standing in front of my completely blanked out mind,
With its blue and red stripes zooming across,
Around,
And up and down the page,
Causing my fragile head to spin,
Triggering me to fall off my chair,
And shake my head out of disorientation,
Right when I pick my butt back up off the floor,
While I sit back in that stupid chair,
That caused me to fall,
And then I look at that piece of paper that was once empty,
When I realize that it is full of silver scribbles about how,
I can't write a poem

Very nice. I love the irony in which you say you "can't write a poem" when you clearly kill the art of the written word! Impressive.
Thanks, your comments mean the most to me! (no offense to the others). If I cut out the parts how I can't write a poem, there won't be a poem any longer! But thanks, I know what you mean :). And I also commented on that poem too! All of your poems are fantastic!

Impressive! This reminds me of my older brother, what he might write if he knew how to write a poem..... oh wait, this is all about NOT being able to write! Silly me! Wait! O_o ARE you my older brother? Anyhow, this is very good and I love it. I'd tell you to cut out the nonsense about not knowing how since you obviously can, but it seems to work for you. Great job! Would you mind commenting/rating a poem called "I'd Rather Not", please? It would mean alot to me.

This poem is so cute :) and i like how its about not being able to write a poem. Its a unique way to look at something
