Chest rises and falls,
As your slumber grows deeper.
How can a person so lovely,
Love me?
Each breath takes mine away,
You handsome soul.
Your eyes touch others,
With a gentle grace.
Selflessness and joy,
Brought to this world with you.
While darkness,
Embraces you,
You paint bright colors,
To that dark canvas.
Sleep well,
Ill watch over,
Don’t fret.
I am your protector,
Till the sun rises,
Sweet dreams…
