You can't give an alcoholic a sip,
then take it away
You can't buy one shoe,
and call it a day.
You can't start to cry
and then simply stop
You can't pause a roller-coaster
right before a drop.
And you can't back out of
a beam routine after you start
In the same way, it's impossible
for me to give up on you once
