When I Was A Child
What happened to the girl I used to be? I'm grown up, not yet ready to be set free. I want to go back to when I was a cild, before life removed all the innocence. My father would lift me high, calling me his little princess, and spinning me in circles for hours. We'd dance aroud the house, while I'd scream and smile up at him. It would be nice to go back to those times, but I'm stuck here, forced to become what I;ve always dreaded. I just wish for one more chance to run around the trees that are now gone, be scooped up in his strong, protective arms, and be called his princess one last time.
I want to be his Cinderella Baby just one more time.
I love you Daddy!<3
