Riot
The trees scatter leaves,
among the grass,
The wind blows branches,
to make them dance,
The clouds block the sun,
from sharing its warmth,
The steps creak,
as you gently walk up them.
I lie awake,
as you enter my room,
its quiet and dark,
almost peaceful too
but the wonderful feeling
I get when your near,
makes the butterflies in my belly,
form a Riot in my mind.
