Night Fishing
In starry night,
Pond skin reflects,
Gives us glimmers,
We see fins, tails
Silver shimmers
Quick! Cast silk threads,
Bright things at ends,
To lure the catch
From sapphire deep,
Silty bottom,
Green shiny rounds,
Topped with lilies
Draw out creatures,
Scales quivering,
Remove their hooks
And place on ice.
