Tears are a language God understands
God sees the tears of a broken hearted soul
He sees my tears, your tears and all tears
But don't lose hope
He's walking with you hand in hand.
I speak the language of tears
Because that's the only way they understand and feel
My pain, my anger, my grief
And that's the only language that keeps me sane
But when I see the tears fall from your face
That's the only way I have peace of mind knowing they have amazing grace
In this place
Sometimes I know you can't see what it takes
But the tears fall from my eyes
Kind of like the raindrops fall from the sky.
It's hard to explain
But that's the only way I can see me
I try to stay humble lowly and meek
That's the reason I come and kneel at your feet
Cause I speak a language only you can understand
Lord, instead of pressing my pain and anger into my words and actions
I stop and think of the upcoming reaction
Lord I know you know how I feel
Always helping me in my time of need
So I cry to you
Everything I do like the morning dew
It’s on the branches upon my face
The language of tears is what I speak
There’s others that force us to speak
To hear a language they can't understand Trying to bring down a man
But a man won't quit
That works with his mind and hands
Just as best as he can
But I speak the language of tears
And only God understands

I love it, such passion you write with. I can practically see the beauty of your writing in my mind when I read it. Lovely, nice work.
