I, Me, or You?
I am a no one
A nothing
A who
What is the difference
Between me and you
Is there a secret
In a silver-lined shell
Hidden in the darkness
Where no one can tell
Is there a wisdom
That goes before time
Long beyond rhythm and meter and rhyme
For you is a something separate from me
Does that make you something
That I aim to be
For without you
There could never be me
So I'm not that interested
In who am I
I'd much rather know
What is me?
