Though we stand in unison, we sing off beat.
We are divided and therefore hum to the march of defeat.
We have paid our dues to be aligned in this fashion.
We lack steady course because we pursue our own passions.
There strikes a thought, when you ponder out situation.
Why do we continue with no sense of elation?
That we don't know, we forgot long ago.
We are still tuning ourselves, in attempts for perfection.
Maybe it would succeed if we applied proper inflection.
Still, we are waning, singing along.
With out values marked against us, we will never be strong.
