You don't know me
No one does
I don't let people see
the fear
or hurt
I feel inside
I keep it
to myself
trying not to trouble
the world
with my problems
So what do I do?
I take it out on myself
I lay awake
at night
scared
Of what my
nightmares
may hold.

This is exactlly how i am i know its bad coping skills but its the only one i know. But i absolutly loved the poem.
