*Drop in Deluge
I sometimes aspire
to be a drop in deluges,
to whisper
down windshields,
to be shapeless,
to be forgotten,
weightless and unremarkable,
to embody clarity and coolness,
to meld with flumes,
to refresh,
to be released,
to expose you,
in your white, gossamer
t-shirt,
beside
the window
i roll down
and exist upon.
Quietly.
