The Moon Speaks To Me
The moon speaks to me,
So every night I may see
Why the world is here
And what others believe.
Only in the darkness,
May I see my own heartless
Soul and whisper to myself,
“The earth is such a mess.”
Every night, I see it anew,
And when I am through,
I cry myself to sleep,
And the next morning, I have no clue.
