Misfiled
Sounds of laughter fill the air
A flash of brown and wavy hair
Sun rays strike the glassy surface
Reflecting the face of a child with a purpose
So happy she may be
From what they can see
But deep down inside this pallid child
Is a soul that has been misfiled
So watch and smile
Pretend she's perfect for awhile
But don't forget, oh ignorant one,
For her, the fun has just begun
