Night drapes over us like a curtain
Less comforting than a million parasites
Wedging their way into the weakest parts of your mind
Who will reveal your darkest desires.
11:11- let’s make a wish
Wish for the terror at night to end
Wish for the parasites to go away
And take the memories of the happiness they stole away
You close your eyes and you’re haunted
By the melancholic ghost of what you’ve done
Tomorrow haunted by the wish you just wished.
Because you wished that is something so wrong.
