The city glares its true lights in my eyes
It is your time to be famous and fill the press with lies.
Going on Fancy diets,
working out twice a day.
Do whatever you need to do to bring home that pay.
Lather yourselfs with foundations of make-up and eye-liner.
Get plastic surgery to become finer.
People admire this type of famous people but soon they will realize the risks at stake.
And don’t inspire and make people only break.
When you try to follow someones footsteps and path.
Quickly be quiet and do the math.
Family has been there since before you were two.
Just because they arent on tv, no need to cry boo who.
The love, it supplies you with as much as they can.
They raise you with love and disiplne so you can grow up and have real plans.
Your family understands what reality is about.
They handle everyday pain that no famous person would know how except to pout.
With every hug, every kiss.
You actually feel compassion and overwhelmed with bliss.
Through good and the worst, family always puts family first.
So when you choose who your idol is going to be, make sure your not picking from top20 on MTV.
Greatness comes from will and the heart,
so always look to the family and you will know exactly where to start.
