Precipice
Hands shake
Lips quake
Every nerve on edge while I plunge
over the ledge
Of the precipice so fondly known
As Love
Unable to wake
Resuscitate
The flames overcome me and nothing remains
No one refrains
Only to obtain that touch of emotion
We would give anything
Everything
All of me wishes, desires, presses
Forward longing, hoping, dreaming
Of that day
Love
So powerful, it makes one weak
And the weak it makes
Powerful
Colorful
Wonderful
Overkill is the entire point,
purpose,
And worship
Of this thing we call
Love
