Hey

-Owkey

Dark clouds, long shadows.
Mary's tears descend.
Drip like artillery.
Falling like like lead rain, draped in copper jacket.
Due death's darkness descends.
Silence.

.
It was him, but it was I.
My soul conquered, my body returns to it's creator.
What awaits?

I can see fancy red polka dots,
My vision, the sun they blot.
Hate I gave, yet love I sought.

Wow, this poem is definitely a unique style on Teen Ink.  I absolutely love the imagery in this!

This is a very interesting piece. I love your use of literary devices like alliteration and such. Nice descriptions too. My favorite line was that last one. Very powerful, in my opinion. Well done! :)
