"Poetry flows. Right from my heart, to the paper. The best poems create themselves within your heart, and your mind...well, the mind interprets them... See, think of your heart as the artist, and your mind as the audience... get it?"

He moves quickly,
encircling the fire
in thrashing limbs
and echoing howls.
By the beat of a drum
he feels the song;
writing the words with his feet,
his hands,
his arms and legs.
He dances for the clouds in the sky,
the sun, the moon.
To break the endless drought
with even a drop of rain.

You've heard of a Rain dance? Well this is how I picture it. In the desert, around a fire, a single drum, a single man. And fierce passion in the dance.
