Salt dyed blue with a windswept start,
An edge of the ocean, a sea of heart.
Briny breaths and lidded eyes,
Veiled by a bursting in disguise.
Sand laced in every pore,
As I walk along the shore.
How I long for the days when summer rolls
And reaches the skies for all to behold.

i really like this!!! it's got nice flow and rhyme scheme and obviuosly shows thought.  it doesn't put your message out there too directly but isn't vague either - great balance! a job well done. :)
