I’m deprived of being who
I am and who I want to be:
Unique, unconventional, special, different.
Being different is what makes the world turn, or so I thought
Now, being different means being a freak, a geek, a loser.
We live a life that seems repetitive, recurring through each others’ eyes.
Life seems to be better when we are like others.
I’m tired of being told to be like everyone else.
I am myself.
I am who I am.
