Unknowns
A stone turns to water
I turn to dirt
Wish there was another way
To hide my hurt
but there's not, and inside I'm alone
To me the future is unknown
Maybe we were meant to be
Maybe the path through the forest is overgrown
You are one, but I am two
I'm sorry for what I've done
and what I've put you through
I've been scorched, and now I'm dead
Only now do I have a level head
If Only it were meant to be
Then I could feel alive instead
