In These Last Two Minutes
If a meteor would fall on us and crash the Earth to its core,
I wouldn’t leave you alone.
I would just lie down beside you on this green grass
And look up at the azure sky.
…
There our fingers would interlock,
There we would watch the meteor to fall down.
There we would saw our last wishes.
I would tell you mine
But you wouldn’t tell yours
I hope it’s not about hopping into that rocket ship
The rocket ship that would lead you to another world.
I don’t want you to leave me.
…
Down it would go
From feet to inches to centimeters
In two minutes we would turn to dust
Before the meteor hits the ground
I have something to tell you.
My last words would be…
I love you.
