When you just
cannot win-
the feeling
of all feelings.
The hurting
that stays in your
system,
forever.
Time
after time-
let down
and put out.
Questioning the
potency of
your spirit-
you come to
realize,
there is never
triumph.
No,
but there is
a small worth
in trying.
