Oceans of Magic
One night, far off on the dock overstretching the ocean,
She sat with the waves lapping silently on the barnacle covered supporting beams
looked out quietly over the water as the moon shone
A night sky decorated with strips of torn, gray cotton
She wonders “what will I become?”
Alone in the world, the moment is her own.
The magic of the moment covers her in a wave and she soaks it up, basking in it and it is hers forever.
