Ghost of You
The wind blowing through my hair
As we do thing I normally wouldn’t dare
Holding you oh so close
Now only memories of a ghost
Sitting on the highest ledge
Pondering thoughts within our heads
One sunny afternoon
You took that leap of faith
It was your life you’d taken
All your loved ones you have forsaken
For many tears they have shed
For all the years you have bleed
Now its over and we wonder
What’s it like for you six feet under
But your not really there are you
No
You’re where ever the wind blows
Sitting on the highest ledge
Pondering thing within my head
Now that you are dead
I wish those things were not said
Words of hate
You didn’t have to take
Your memories I’ll forever cherish
For our love will never perish
