Where Do I Find Myself?
I get lost in the scent of your skin,
The smile in your eyes,
The sound of your heart beating against mine,
And how you’re not like any other guy.
It wraps me in a comforting blanket,
That takes me to paradise,
A place like no other,
A place far away from dreams,
A place that takes me to the ends of the world
As I watch it wrap me in a wave, to crash against the edges of my soul.
There’s a new beginning to every word you speak,
The silent whispers in the night never end until the light,
Of the darkness breaks to become a new day,
And we can start all over, how do I even begin to say.
I love you.
