exposed skin,
fitted clothes
trying to show off
poking bones
through pale, white skin.
trying to make up
for the sanity that she lacks.
striving to be “perfect”
(whatever that means)
long, poky legs
barely able to hold
the little weight she contains.
gliding through life
barely touching the ground.
like a ghost,
haunting the world.
