My steady fingers glide along the paths
Caressing and careful
My hand brushes across the highway of strings
Gently, as if embracing a love once lost
I close my eyes
Notes erupt into the silence like gunfire in the night
They shimmer and dance in the darkness
Then fade and disappear once more
The perfect symphony of chaos
is right at my fingertips
It's a beauty like none other
