What Would You Do?

If one was given a choice
To be able to make the world or break the world
What would you do?
If you had to destroy another in order to save yourself
And the other was an innocent stranger
What would you do?
If your soul was doomed because of a choice you’d made young
Would you make the most of it?
Would you go quietly, prepared to face the consequences of your actions?
Or would you fight it?
If you had to either kill yourself or a sibling you never spoke to
Would you make the right choice?
Would you take victory over a loss even if there were a high cost?
Are you an introvert?
Do you use others for your own gain?
If something was for your survival
If it was worth the risk
What would you do?
You would take the risk?
You would break the world?
You would kill the innocent?
What if the innocent was a child?
Are you indecisive yet?
Your soul is doomed
You would fight it?
You would make all the wrong choices?
If you were in their place
If someone made the same choice about you as you would about him
How would you feel?
You would not have a change of heart?
You would not care?
You would cease to exist, and you would not care?
Stop lying to yourself and to me
I have tried to show you to rethink your decisions
And that not everything is about you
But if you honestly cannot understand the concept
If you cannot love your neighbor as yourself
What’s your belief on the matter?
Still no change of heart?
That’s fine
It’s on your life

I was in a metaphorical mindset when I wrote this piece. I was feeling peaceful, at ease, and I was simply wondering. It was just one of those days. I hope you enjoy it.

Man! Talk about stirring poetry. This makes you really think and second guess yourself and wonder what WOULD you do? Again, amazing job! :)
