Dr. Seuss's Advocate
Dr. Seuss liked to fit his words together
He thought that when they rhymed they sounded much better
But other writers would disagree
They liked more sophisticated words, you see
So Dr. Seuss he heaved a great sigh
And told them all to give it a try
They stuttered and muttered
They gawked in shock
Much to their surprise they happened to discover
It is quite hard to fit even the simplest words together
