Not Knowing

Day after day, I think,
I think, I wonder, I debate, I hope
Something is constantly on my mind
But my heart is torn
I'm confused on what to do,
My head tells me one thing,
My heart says another,
My soul isn't responding
No idea what to do next
Contemplating all options
It doesn't seem fair
Know what you don't want to do
Over time it will all come clear
All will be how it should
But how can you live
Not knowing what could have been?
