Blue On and On
I look up into the sky
So much and so many before have done so
But it seems, to me, that it is there for me alone
The blue expands, on and on,
Something else that has been said before
But it is true. This sky goes on forever.
I walk inside, life moves on.
I see them laugh, jostle, crowd;
I see jealousies, superiority, decadence;
They move as a disunified one
I see them screech, cry, taunt;
I see sloth, failure, narcissism;
They move through the same paths,
I feel choked and suffocated and twisted
I run outside. I scream.
All is right again and I look up into the sky.
The blue expands on and on.
