"It is easy to write. Simply sit down at a typewriter and bleed."

Softly scraping those chubby cheeks of rosy red
Eyelashes like paintbrushes
Blink
Flash
Bam
A moment is gone.

Holding hands, sun kissed with sticky fingers and crayola
This is love; they just don’t know it yet,
Young eyes, unbroken hearts
Little girl
Little boy

Always partners
Painting pictures in the sand
Eyelashes like paintbrushes
Temporarily blinding the innocent from the real world
Giving them a different picture
Different strokes
Grade 1 loving is a flash of blue on the red, red sky

Toothless smiles and candy hearts breath
Let’s stay this way forever

If you know me, you know i'm nostalgic and appreciate the simpler things in life. Inspired by my work in a grade two classroom last semester. :)

We do not remember days, we remember moments.
Expect the unexpected.
Life will always through you curves. Just keep fouling them off. The right pitch will come. And when it does, be prepared to run the bases.

Thus is life, live it, or die trying!

I love how it's not too wordy but still has a sense of elequence to it.
