Love is Laughable

Love is laughable
because,
hearts heave sobs,
tears trickle down,
and shoulders shake uncontrollably.
Forever is foolish
because
flowers fade,
rings rust,
and doves die.
Always is atypical
because
loves leave,
promises perish,
and bonds break.
But you have convinced me
that love is legitimate,
forever is factual,
and always is absolute.
And I will love this feeling,
forever and always.
