Music bleeds into my ears and
Travels through my bloodstream
Straight to my heart
No matter how desperate things my seem
My music will pull the world and me apart
No longer can the world discourage my dream
While I listen to this musical, lyrical art
Nothing can keep me
From being who, or
What I want to be
I close my eyes
And become free
To roam the farthest corners of my mind

Thanks so much!  To answer the question, my friends and I formed a club where we have nicknames, and mine is DinoNugget in homage to the dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets that are yummy and the official snack.

Great poem!  I love how you describe the feelings you get when you listen to music.  There's only one small typo: "No matter how desperate things my seem."  Did you mean "may"?

There's an intensity to this, a driving force of strength, that I really like. :) Very impressive stuff!
