His brown eyes; they
left me hypnotized...you can
imagine my surprise
when after talking for a couple of hours,
We found that our
souls were almost synchronized.
We had this connection
that was beyond mere affection,
taking us in a direction
we had never been before.
There was no way to be sure
if what we had was for
real.
But might ready, willing heart
was always his to steal.
I never had a chance
to discourage his advances
I was too ready for romance
to ignore his fleeting glances
at me. It left me
thinking of all the possibilities
