"Everybody wants happiness, nobody wants pain, but you can't have a rainbow without a little rain."

The sorrow comes crashing down on me like a wave in the sea.
The tears flow like rain in the streets.
Your smile is like the sun.
That will never fade away.
But then one day you left.
But still you watch over me like an angel in a tree.
I watch you as you watch me.
Standing there beneath the tree just looking up at you.
You look back at me and I look back at you wishing you were here with me.
I lost you and I thought I never would see you again but I did.
In a tree.
The kisses we shared the hugs we gave the I love yous we said.
Are all but a memory instead.

First thing...there is no story behind this poem...I just woke up around 12.30 in the morning and it popped into my head, not all of it at once though. For some reason I just really love this one. I mean I love alot of the stuff that I write, but this one just stuck so deep in my heart and my mind. Hope you enjoy :)
